This book is a good intro to organizational behavior. It doesn't cover any topic in depth (and some parts feel intuitive), but gets the job done for class. 12th edition is a bit behind the times; I've never used the CD-rom included.

The book is fine for it's intended purpose; however I wouldn't read it for fun!!

I purchased the product with the understanding it was the 12th edition as it says in the picture. The book that I received was the 9th edition. When I contacted them they said that they thought it was the 12th. I kept the book for my class as some of the information was still relevant. I will never purchase from this person again.

I recommend this book to anyone that is taking this class but the CD could had been a lot better.
